Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact our customer service team.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For lost packages, please wait until the estimated delivery window has passed, then contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. You may need to contact the carrier directly to request address changes or package holds.
